If your reading this, then your probably wondering what Immortal Virtue is all about! What is our purpose? How do we do events? To start, Immortal Virtue is the lineage of a long line of players from both FF11 and FF14. It brings the experience and community of battled hardened players to create a new, refreshing center were we strive to create a new lineage.
Our group is based on the principle idea that, your input matters. There is no "one all say all." Everyone has a voice, and if you have any advice, were all ears. We hate the idea of leaders getting everything, and the rest of the group is the back burner. Here at IV, we create a system to where drops are distributed fairly upon participation and need. No seniority over everyone.
As for the events and how we run them, this should give you a good look into Immortal Virtue! *F.A.T.E. -Fate is a system similar to guildwars 2 approach to open group battles. There are several kinds of fates in 14, but some high end fates require the participation and keen battle tactics of a party. Of course this is a given we will run them
*Dungeons -Dungeon runs are the bread of the party. This is where your skills begin to be challenged, and how you operate as a team varies on how quickly you can run a dungeon. Drops will more than likely be based on a point system, so it goes Need Point System > Want Point System > /roll. Points will be accumulated on presence and time running events. The more you participate, the better!
*Primals -Primals are the butter of our group. They dictate endgame gear, weapons, and challenge the party to the use the most of their skills they learned in dungeons to the fullest. Drops will be dictated in the same way as dungeons.
Most importantly, we are a group that does do endgame, but also will help you get there. This isn't the elite only shell, or causal chat only shell. We are designed to get work done, but also know how to have fun! I hope you make the choice to join us, and join the family!
